Commercial ventilation covers many potential applications. There are ventilation units with heat recovery to cover almost all scenarios. Most commercial units recover between 50 - 70% of the heat leaving the building.                                       Most of them require ductwork to transport the air although some products are ’through the wall’ or ’through the window’ types.                                                            All units will include air filtration with some using a highly rated 4 filter system which also cleans the air and helps reduce odours in the incoming air .

Prices for this type of unit vary greatly. The cheapest through the wall unit is about £350.00 and a ceiling mounted unit starts form about £500.00.  Both have are cleaning filter systems and remote controls with timers.                                   Fully ducted systems are more expensive depending on the ductwork system required, specified efficiency, control panel, etc.  A units with controls producing 2000 m3 would cost circa £3,500.00
